OUR MISSION 

The Alabama Asphalt Pavement Association is a nonprofit trade association established in 1959 to encourage the use of asphalt as a paving material and to further the improvement of the hot mix asphalt paving industry.  Its principle goals are to increase the use of asphalt pavement to continue to  improve the quality and workmanship of hot mix asphalt pavements. 

The ultimate quality of your asphalt paving project is directly related to the experience, skill, and equipment of the contractor doing the work.  Behind each contractor is a tremendous investment of equipment, highly skilled manpower, and a pride of workmanship in building asphalt pavement of the highest quality.  The members of the Association are the leading asphalt paving contractors, aggregate producers, petroleum products producers, and other industry support companies located in or conducting business in the State of Alabama.

The Association's members are extremely well qualified and eager to serve you.  They welcome inquiries about design procedures and cost estimates.  In addition, the Association's office stands ready to provide information or assistance on your request.
